I bent my ring and I was so nervous that I would have to pay a lot to get it fixed. But I took it to them and it was barely 2 minutes before I had my ring back in excellent condition for free. It wasn't perfect, but it gave me peace of mind. He did warn me there would be a chance of it breaking, but luckily it didn't. And it wasn't even a ring from the store. I was so pleased.
