  DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! My daycare had them come in to photos of the children. I wanted to order more prints, which seemed simple enough… I called at 9:00am, and was transferred to the studio. No one picked up, so it went to voice mail. I left a message and waited for them to call back. After 5 hours of waiting, I decided to call back. I actually got a person and gave them my order. I was told that they’d call me when the order was ready, but didn’t give an expected time. After a week, I called back, and, of course, had to leave another message. That was early in the morning. I was going to call in that afternoon, just to check again, but got busy with work, so I want to their office instead. The sign says that they are open until 5:30 pm, but when I arrived at 5:20 pm (the time according to my cell phone), they were closed. I then tried 5 days later, and got there at 5:10pm. The studio, once again, was closed, but the camera sales area was open. They searched for my order, and after 4 people and 20 minutes, they found my photos. They couldn’t ring up the sale though, because their system was down. They had looked at the order, which said that it was done 3 days earlier, but they didn’t bother to call me when they were done, nor did they bother returning my call after I left a message. No one deserves to go deal this level of incompetence. Find another place. Steven T
