  They always solve my problem. Great service. Sometime have to wait awhile. Update: 1/31/2016- They made a mistake with a new device on my plan. They created a new band within my account which has its own account number. Fridays rep told me I had to call to get it resolved. I did. The phone rep told me to go back to the store to get the proper pricing. I'm back right now. The Rep asked for my I.D., then pulled up the erroneous account and told me I'm not authorized. I told him I am an authorized user. He then pulled up the account we've had for years and said I'm not on it, as he assumed a major attitude. I asked him to see the screen. He flipped it toward me. My name is clearly on it. (Like many of you, I have three names). Once it was established I am an authorized user he told me I have to have the authorized user call to correct the problem. Wondering why all the validation if the account holder isn't present. My biggest problem is this, the level of service I receive here depends on who I speak with. I never want to hear what their background rules are. That's for them to keep up with. If you make a mistake on my bill you should fix it without my driving and calling for days. If the authorized user cannot perform account actions you should do away with the concept.

  Contacted Chase at the Atlanta Highway location, to set up 3 new lines of service for our office. He was very professional and helpful during the entire time it took to transfer our service and set up our new IPHONE 8's. The quality of customer service provided at this location was amazing. I would recommend them for all your cellular phone service needs.
