  Friendly staff. Easy ordering. Dependable delivery. No complaints and will be ordering again from here! Ordered a sectional sleeper on a Thursday, it was delivered to the store the following Thursday, and then delivered to my house the next day (Friday). Highly recommend.

  This is the second time I’ve done business with them and had a issue. I’ve been waiting on a set since January. I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks for the item. Again it’s 3-6-2018 still no furniture. No one bothered to contact me to let me know the status of my order. I had to contact the finance department to inform them that the furniture hadn’t been delivered so that I wouldn’t have a charge for something I don’t have. I’ve paid for deliver and setup in advance. I was told that it will delivered today by the finance department not even the store. While at work I noticed I had a miscall for the delivery guy. I then contacted the store spoke with a gentleman. Explained to him that I was at work but I have someone at the house waiting for the delivery. I was told that because I didn’t answer I could no longer get the furniture delivered and had to wait until the next business day. This means my child had to sleep on a mattress on the floor due to their negligence. The only thing I was told is that they are on my time the following business day which is unacceptable. I don’t like the communication between the buyer and store. As long as you buying something they could careless about anything yet.
