  I hate leaving bad reviews, but this store deserves it. I needed a new suit for a wedding, and went in to order my suit well in advance. A pair of pants had to be ordered, no big deal. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything from them, I called and was told "we'll call you back." No call back. So, I called again a few days later and spoke to the store manager. I was then told "I'll call you back before lunch." Guess what? No call back. I was up against a deadline, and gave them well over a month to get a PAIR OF PANTS in and get an entire suit tailored. After calling numerous times, I physically went up to the store and got my money refunded. The manger was there and knew who I was, and offered to get it tailored same day. Too late, I ended up having to rent a suit for my event. I highly suggest going elsewhere to find a suit in Montgomery, this store is incompetent. Spend the extra money elsewhere.
