  I've had nothing less than a fabulous experience! The lady at the front is SUPER sweet and she remembers you! That's probably the best form of customer service because it makes you feel like they care and you're not just another dollar bill coming through the door. I will forever use them! (even though I live in Auburn) lol

  This place is excellent. They have done many jobs for me over the past few months--both professional, for my own small business, and personal, for my friends. All of them have been perfectly executed because we discussed thoroughly my expectations and their abilities and limitations. I suspect some of these other reviewers had issues because they did not thoroughly discuss and double-check the plan for their monogramming. I will continue to use them.
