  I went to Costco this past Saturday and was treated very rudely by Sharon at the customer membership desk. She was impolite, very short and clearly did not care about my questions. It truly made me feel like my business is not important to her and that I was wasting her time. We have a business membership and I am the office manager and our membership is due for renewal in March and I'm seriously considering cancelling and moving our membership to Sam's Club because of the way she treated me. Why would a woman who works at the customer service counter treat a customer so coldly and rude?! I work with customers at my job everyday and I would never speak to one of them the way she spoke to me. It really ruined my experience for ever wanting to shop at another Costco again. Another reason we are considering leaving Costco is because for a business membership they require two people to live at the same household in order to have two cards. If you don't live at the same household then you are charged $60 per card for the year. How in the world does that make sense? Why would two people who work together live in the same household unless it was a family business and the people are married. How often does that happen?! Absolutely ridiculous. I know for a fact other wholesale warehouses offer two membership cards for a business membership for $60 for the year.

  I was treated rudely by one of the supervisors name Mike he made me feel like I was not important to the the Costco company. I never gave up my Sam's Club membership, guess I start back shopping back there more often.
