  I would recommend never ever go at this location. Poor service. They don’t care repeat customer. I have bought hard drive they charge me $30 extra when I paid I didn’t check what they are charging and that day hard drive was in deal and It was fault of one of the employee. When I went there after a couple days to match the prize they couldn’t do that then manager showed up and he refused me without seeing all proofs I had. Before I went to the store I even spoke with the customer service agent on the phone and she accepted all fault happened by Best Buy employee but at this location manager don’t care and told me “I wasn’t there when you bought this hard drive”. Finally I really needed the hard drive and I had to return it also after wait in the line 40 to 45 min.
